Spritz Recipes with Lav'a Belle
Outdoors during the day and into the early evening, at aperitivo hour, the spritz in all its variations is the drink of the moment. Lav'a Belle makes a wonderfully versatile spritz: a little drier with just dry sparkling wine, or mellower with an extra splash of something sweet and a touch of citrus. Here are our best spritz recipes – all of them just as delightful alcohol-free with Lav'a Belle Liberté.
Lav'a Belle Tonic Spritz

The drink
The gentle bitterness of tonic water beautifully complements the floral notes of Lav'a Belle, making for a gorgeously refreshing, light drink at just 3.6% ABV overall – or completely alcohol-free with our Liberté variety. Depending on whether you use classic Indian Tonic, extra dry or Mediterranean tonic, the drink turns out mellower or a little more bitter. If you like it more intense or sweeter, simply add an extra splash of Lav'a Belle.
Ingredients
- 5 cl Lav'a Belle
- 20 cl tonic water (mild or dry, to your preference)
- Ice cubes
- Sprig of rosemary or a twist of lemon zest (optional)
Preparation
Fill an aperitif or wine glass with ice cubes, pour in the tonic first, then add Lav'a Belle and give it a stir if you like. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a twist of lemon zest, if desired.

The drink
